Bountiful Breakfast Bowl

A fruit bowl of healthy goodness

 INGREDIENTS 

  • 1 red dragon fruit
  • ½ banana
  • 5 medium strawberries
  • ½ mango
  • 2 tablespoons shredded coconut
  • 2 tablespoons granola
  • ½ teaspoon of flax seeds

 

METHOD

Puree the dragon fruit pulp and pour into a bowl. 

Cut up remaining fruit into smaller pieces. 

Roughly layer the fruit pieces in rows on top of the puree, with shredded coconut and granola in between. 

Finally, sprinkle with flax seeds.
